Update

I've taken a bit of a break from the writing process in pursuit of publishing and I haven't had any luck with agents or other publishers but I came across a self-publishing agency called Archway which is a product of the Simon and Schuster publishing agency that takes in new authors and helps them get started in the industry. It is rather pricey though and since cost is an issue for me, I have decided to create a Go Fund Me account to try to raise the money to proceed with the process. I'm hopeful that I'll receive the amount of donations that need as quickly as possible and all contributions will be immensely appreciated. New Publication!!

Hi all!

I have submitted Into the Shadows to some more agents so now I'm waiting for their responses, wish me luck! In the meantime, I've decided to go ahead and publish a short story that I wrote recently. It's part of a series of short stories that I've started that go along with novels in the Shadow-Kissed Series. They are basically going to be a way to cover things that I don't necessarily want to make into full length novels but still give the reader so insight into the shadow world. They also don't necessarily go along with the time and story lines of the other novels, they are meant to provide more back story and answer some questions that readers might have about some of the characters' pasts. The first of these stories is titled Darkness Begins and it is available through Amazon for $0.99, I am planning to write one of these stories every couple of months or so, and I hope you enjoy them! I will keep you all updated on any additional information as I have it.

Lot's of Work Ahead!

Hi all,

I've been pretty busy editing Shattered Lives over the past week and I can finally say that it's finished. I still haven't heard anything from the agents that I submitted Into the Shadows to, but I'm not giving up that easily. Over the next couple of weeks I plan to send it out to some more agents and hope for the best! Wish me luck and I will keep you guys updated with any new information as I have it.

Progress

Hi all,

I wanted to let everyone know that I've finished the first novella in my Shadow-Kissed series and I'm ready to announce that it will be titled Shattered Lives. I've started the editing process on it and I should finished with that by the end of the month. I've gotten a few rejections on Into the Shadows but I haven't received a response from all of the agents yet so I'm keeping my fingers crossed and I'll keep you updated with any new information that I have. Time for an Update!

Hi all,

I know it's been a while since my last post and I hope that everyone's holidays were as great as mine! I've been very busy and making a lot of progress with my latest project. I've decided to pick back up with the Shadow-Kissed series and I've recently submitted Into The Shadows to some agents and I'm waiting for their responses (fingers crossed!). NEWS!!

Hi all!

After testing the kindle direct publishing process, I was less than impressed so I have decided to use a more traditional form of publishing with The Forgotten trilogy. As it is finished, I will send it out to agents and keep you updated on any other details. Also, I have submitted a short story to a literary magazine called Fiction Vortex and if it is chosen it will appear in one of their issues. I will keep you guys updated as information is available!

Hi all!

I know I haven't posted in a while but I've been busy, busy, busy and I have news! I've finished the second novel in the Shadow-Kissed series and I've decided to put the entire series on hold for a bit to work on something else for a little while. I won't release many details yet, but I can say that it will be a trilogy and it will most likely be finished by the beginning of next year but I have decided to publish each on through kindle as I finish it so the first one should be available by the beginning of October! Very Late...So Sorry!

Incredibly late...many apologies!

Hi All!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and I apologize for the delay...there hasn't been a lot to report until today...I have good news and bad news to share. First the bad news...my sponsor fell through on the publication of Into the Shadows, so it is still on hold for the time being...but I am still hoping to be able to continue the publication soon! Now the good news, I have finally completed the draft for Lost in Shadows and will begin the editing process within the next couple of days! A Little Late...Sorry!

Hi All,

I apologize for being a little late this week and there isn't a lot to report. I'm still making progress on Lost in Shadows and I'm confident that I will finish by the end of next week! I am still working with a potential sponsor and it seems pretty promising and I will begin working on the next book at the beginning of next month!

Busy Busy Busy

Hi all!

I have good news and bad news...the good news is that I am still making tremendous progress on Lost in Shadows, but the bad news is that over the weekend I had an issue with the device I use to store my work as I write and lost a large portion of my writing from last week which has set me back about a week on the finish date. I'm quickly making up the lost work, but unfortunately it will not be finished by the end of the month. My new goal is to finish by the second week of next month and with the progress I have already made, along with adding extra backup to my saved work to prevent any future loss, I feel confident that I will meet this goal. I was nearly finished over the weekend with only about 25 pages, (around 9,000 words) left to go and the loss set me back to about 60 pages (around 20,000 words) left. This may sound like a lot, but with the pacing I have set it will actually go fairly quickly. I don't have anything new to report on Into the Shadows, but I will of course announce any information as soon as I can! Finally getting back on track!

Hi All!

I'm finally getting back on track with 'Lost in Shadows' and I'm in the homestretch of finishing. I'm still on track to finish by the end of the month and will start working on the next one in November!
